BSAC ADVANCED OCEAN SNORKEL DIVER COURSE

DEFINITION

A member of the BSAC, who has achieved the status of Ocean Snorkel Diver, and has received further training to have a greater level of theoretical knowledge in all aspects of snorkelling and having broad practical experience of snorkel diving.

On completion of training the Advanced Ocean Snorkel Diver should know how snorkelling skills might be applied to specialist activities.

COURSE CONTENT

The Advanced Ocean Snorkel Diver course consists of 10 Lessons:

  • 2 Theory lessons

  • Theory assessment

  • 2 Practical lessons

  • 5 Open Water lessons

The course is spread over 4 days.
